I had a really rough time for most of my life. I have a beautiful son, whom I adore and wouldn't change for the world, but I have put him second for the last few years because I have had a serious alcohol addiction. I lost my father when I was 19, and he was only 52, I also lost my nan to alcohol, and my brother is also effected by alcohol addiction. In breaking this cycle, I decided to seek help.
I was introduced to Robert Layman, while he was working as a Support Worker for at-risk and vulnerable adults in our local community . This was an amazing turning point in my life. We sat down and that's when he introduced me to the A-Step programme. It was incredible to work out from doing it, where my problems started from, who influenced me and how I could change my mindset from dwelling on past experiences to focusing on what I want to do in the future. All this took some sessions
and it has seriously changed my life.

I met with Robert when i was experiencing an issue with a colleague. Robert supported me to explore the issues and ultimately to make a decision on a matter I have been deliberating about for many years and which was placing my future success in jeopardy. The A-Step programme he guided me through, not only enabled me to make that critical decision, but it provided complete clarity over why that decision was the right one and what had been holding me back. As a result of the deeper understanding Robert has provided, I can now move forward with confidence and self belief, knowing how I can overcome this mindset.
Thank you Robert
